I don't think you have AC busses plying to Kabini.
You can get AC bus from Bangalore bus stand every 45 min. Its a volvo & costs Rs. 125.

From Mysore you could hire a taxi & it should cost you about 600 ~ 800.

Else, you can get ordinary busses to Kabini from Mysore bus stand quite frequently.
