Rangarajan R Manali and Shimla would involve about 20 hrs journey by road.

From Meerut Mussorie and Nainital or Almora or Kasauni are the best bet. If you can afford more number of hours then look at Pithoragarh and this would involve around 12 hrs journey by road.
