july monsoon is really not a right time to visit india, if u are visiting areas like kerala, hilly moountain regions tha its ok, please dont u ever think of travelling ocean connect areas, it will really spoil ur tour de india, in the beginning itself plan ur holidays, in whcih city u r gonna spend your time, first finalised the area of visit if u wanrt any connectiondsin maharashtra let me know

rishima | | In July, the only places worth visiting in India (that I can think of) are Kerala (gorgeous place, try to stay at the CGH Earth group's hotels which are all over Kerala), Goa and the hill stations (avoid the popular hill stations, they will be teeming with people). Ashis Dutta | | July is lovely in the hill stations of the western ghats (ooty, conoor, kodai) and that of lower himalayas (musoorie, parts of HP, etc. where there isn't usually any landslide to block roads). quite kid-safe.
